The Employment Group at ARC |
The Employment Group at ARC offers a range of conflict resolution services designed to address the diverse needs of counsel, parties, insurance carriers and others involved in employment-related disputes. This select group of neutrals is comprised of retired judges and attorneys with comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience in employment law.
In addition to traditional mediation and arbitration formats, The Employment Group offers independent fact-finding and evaluation pre- and post-mediation conferences, organizational mediation and facilitation, and other creative solutions to resolve disputes and create sustainable working relationships. ARC also plans to develop and educational component for The Employment Group.
