CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
A founding partner of the law firm of Engle & Bride since 1988, Mr. Engle holds an advocate rating with the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has tried cases to verdict involving general liability, medical malpractice, products liability, automobile liability and premises liability. He has also been on the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Engle, who enjoys an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, began his law practice in 1974 at the Law Offices of Robert A. Bolton. He later worked at Ross, Feinberg & Wolf and was an Associate and Member of the Law Firm of Miller & Folse, and a Partner at McGahan & Engle. He worked as a Claims Supervisor for Travelers Insurance Company from 1968-1974.
Mr. Engle is President-Elect of the Ventura/Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
