CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
Judge Cohen is an Administrative Law Judge on the Appeals Board for the CUIAB. He earned a Graduate Level Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine and an MBA from Pepperdine’s School of Business. As an Adjunct Professor, he taught Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration at UCI and Pepperdine.
Judge Cohen is a past President of Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) and Arbitrates for the NASD (FINRA) as well as the CSLB. He is considered as one of the top mediators by the California Department of Insurance (DOI) and is an approved neutral on the Construction and Commercial AAA panels.
