CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
Commissioner Arnold Levin served on the Los Angeles Superior Court for 26 years, from 1972 to 1982 and from 1986 until his retirement in 2002. His areas of service on the bench included Family Law Court, Law & Motion, Writs and Receivers, Attachments and Writs of Posses-sion, Post Judgment Proceedings, Non-Jury Civil Trials, Rents and Profits Receiverships, and Eminent Domain.
Commissioner Levin also ruled on thousands of discovery motions while in the Law & Motion Department.
Commissioner Levin began his legal career as law clerk to U.S. District Judges William Mathes and Ernest Tolin in the Central District of California. He was in private practice from 1961-72 and 1982-1986, where he focused on business litigation and family law.
