CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
One of the first “Fast Track” judges, Judge Morrow presided over many significant civil cases during 18 years on the Los Angeles Superior Court bench. He has earned a reputation for being principled, exceptionally well-reasoned, and a “stronger judge than others.” As a facilitator, he is known to be invaluable with client control, but he is also “very approachable and considerate.”
Judge Morrow spent 18 years in private practice, including two years as a senior assistant to the Los Angeles City Attorney. He served as an advisor to the Los Angeles City Council and various city commissions on a number of issues, including a request to review material pertaining to the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy. He has taught at the National Judicial College in Reno, NV, and is a frequent lecturer at such professional associations as the Los Angeles County Bar, the California Judges Association, the Center for Judicial Research, and The Rutter Group.
