CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
Since his retirement as a Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Justice Feinerman has been engaged in private dispute resolution as a mediator, arbitrator and private judge and has handled a broad spectrum of complex civil litigation.
During 25 years on the bench, Justice Feinerman served as Administrative Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Second District, and as Presiding Judge of Division Five. He also served by assignment on the California Supreme Court. He spent 17 years as a judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, where he handled civil and law & motion matters.
Justice Feinerman has lectured extensively at law schools and is a frequent speaker at CEB programs and other judicial and legal seminars. He has written and published articles in law reviews and bar journals on a variety of legal topics.
