CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
John Weiss has mediated hundreds of disputes through ARC and as a member of numerous court panels. Mr. Weiss has served as a principal in the Law Offices of John D. Weiss since 1981, where he has focused primarily on resolution of employment matters in state and federal courts and agencies. Mr. Weiss has also acted as legal counsel to individuals, partnerships and corporations on labor and employment-related issues and creation and compliance monitoring of 501(c)(3) status for numerous non-profit corporations.
Mr. Weiss was selected by CELA leadership to incorporate and secured tax exempt status for Foundation for Advocacy, Inclusion and Resources, (F.A.I.R.). Currently serving as Affiliate Leader of the National Employment Lawyers Association's Los Angeles chapter.
