Judge Gold was named to the Daily Journal’s Top Neutrals lists in 2006 and 2007. One of California’s most successful probate mediators, Judge Gold received the Treat Award for Excellence from the National College of Probate Mediators in 2006. Since he retired from the bench, he has conducted nearly 400 probate mediations and maintains an exceptionally high settlement rate.
