A pioneer with ADR in California, she brings her worldview of mediation to the mediation table and to the classroom. As faculty for the Los Angeles County Bar, she has provided mediation training to thousands of lawyers and other professionals during the last 13 years.

The quality of her services shows that she “is one of the most experienced mediators in California,” states prominent plaintiff’s employment counsel.” Respected defense counsel comments that she is “very professional, knowledgeable about the applicable law and practical-minded,” observing that “her abilities as a seasoned employment and disability mediator are evident.” She is quick to zero in on the heart of the dispute and move the case along to settlement.
