Daniel Ben-Zvi, Esq.
Daniel Ben-Zvi (pronounced “BenzVee”), a mediator since 1995, has successfully resolved more than 500 disputes. Equally skilled at facilitative and evaluative mediation, Mr. Ben-Zvi draws on his 20-year experience as a trial lawyer to resolve complex, high-stakes cases. He stays closely attuned to the needs of the parties during every mediation and adapts his style accordingly.

Frequently chosen to handle sensitive cases, Mr. Ben-Zvi has developed a greater understanding of his business and entertainment clients through his work as a producer and writer on both a feature project for Fox Studios and the television show “L.A. Law.”

Mr. Ben-Zvi began practicing law in 1981 and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. After four years at the firm of Ribikoff & Kotkin, Mr. Ben-Zvi headed the business litigation department at their Connecticut branch office. He later opened his own multi-state litigation practice based in Los Angeles and was Of Counsel to the Washington law firm of Schmeltzer, Aptaker & Shepard.

Mr. Ben-Zvi has published articles on mediation and litigation and is a guest speaker for groups such as the Association of Community College Trustees and UCLA.
