Hon. Benjamin J. Engle, Esq.
A founding partner of the law firm of Engle & Bride since 1988, Benjamin Engle holds an advocate rating with the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has tried cases to verdict involving general liability, medical malpractice, products liability, automobile liability and premises liability. He has been a Judge Pro Tem in the Ventura courts for 20 years. Additionally, he has acted as a settlement officer for the Ventura courts and has conducted numerous settlement conferences. He has been on the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association and has conducted many private mediations.

Mr. Engle, who enjoys an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, began his law practice in 1974 at the Law Offices of Robert A. Bolton. He later worked at Ross, Feinberg & Wolf and was an Associate and Member of the Law Firm of Miller & Folse, and a Partner at McGahan & Engle. He worked as a Claims Supervisor for Travelers Insurance Company from 1968-1974.

Mr. Engle is President-Elect of the Ventura/Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
