Lloyd C. Loomis, esq.
An expert in employment law, Lloyd Loomis served as Senior Counsel for nearly 20 years at ARCO in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for a wide range of employment and labor law matters. Mr. Loomis is also an experienced neutral who has received training in arbitration and mediation from the Los Angeles County Bar and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.

As the senior labor attorney at ARCO, Mr. Loomis handled cases involving the NLRB, arbitrations, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment and other claims. He provided legal advice in the development of policies on such employee relations issues as ADA and family leave and presented management training programs on employment law matters.

Mr. Loomis has experience as an attorney in private practice at Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz in Los Angeles from 1972 to 1979. He also worked as an employment law and labor relations attorney for Caterpillar Tractor Company and Gage & Tucker, and he served as a Labor Relations Representative for General Motors.
