Entertainment industry expert Sol Rosenthal has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of complex business and entertainment cases during the past 25 years. Currently a member of a tribunal arbitrating a lengthy, high-profile international dispute, Mr. Rosenthal has served as a neutral for a wide range of businesses and organizations, including the American Arbitration Association, the Writers Guild of America, the Directors Guild of America, the Screen Actors Guild and the Independent Film and Television Alliance (formerly AFMA).

Mr. Rosenthal is Of Counsel at the Los Angeles office of Arnold & Porter, where he represents clients in the entertainment industry and related fields. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, he was a partner at Kaplan, Livingston, Goodwin, Berkowitz & Selvin; a senior partner at Buchalter Nemer; and Of Counsel to Blanc, Williams, Johnston & Kronstadt. Mr. Rosenthal was a Law Clerk to Chief Judge Simon Sobeloff on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (1959-1960).

Mr. Rosenthal is a member of THE PANEL at ARC, a unique three-member team of neutrals dedicated to managing and resolving complex business and entertainment cases.
