Michael L. Wachtell, Esq.
An experienced arbitrator and mediator of complex cases, Michael Wachtell specializes in commercial litigation as well as intellectual property, real estate and receiverships. Mr. Wachtell has an extensive background in real estate, hospitality law, banking, commercial and secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, proprietary rights, patent and trademark law, trade regulation matters and debtor-creditor representation.

A Shareholder in the firm of Buchalter Nemer Fields & Younger, Mr. Wachtell serves as Chair of the firm’s Los Angeles Litigation Practice. Mr. Wachtell holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license. He currently serves as the Co-Chair and Director of the Los Angeles/Orange County California Receivers Forum, and serves on the Board of the statewide parent organization.
