| Retired Real Estate Commissioner and experienced attorney Paula Reddish Zinnemann has been involved in dispute resolution and served as a neutral in mediations and arbitrations for more than 20 years. Ms. Zinnemann served as Real Estate Commissioner for the State of Californias Department of Real Estate from 1999-2003. A certified mediator for Los Angeles County Dispute Resolution Services, she was also president of Real Estate Mediation and Arbitration, Inc. from 1987-1994. She has been a licensed Real Estate broker since 1969.
As an attorney, Ms. Zinnemann has held Of Counsel positions for the law firms of Schwartz, Wisot & Wilson, LLP; Saltzburg, Ray & Bergman; and Fleischman & Rigdon. She founded Paula Reddish Real Estate, a brokerage firm (1975-1999) and served as Vice President, General Counsel and Manager of brokerage firm John Aaroe & Associates (1994-1996). Ms. Zinnemann was also a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court and a landlord/tenant settlement officer for the Municipal Court. Ms. Zinnemann has been a frequent Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) panelist for the Real Estate Brokerage Practice and Real Estate Sales Transactions programs.
