CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
During his 21-year career, Randy Kuluva has advised major property and casualty insurance companies on a broad range of coverage and liability issues involving construction law throughout the United States. He has experience in risk management prevention and extensive knowledge of insurance policies in the construction industry. Mr. Kuluva has represented developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in construction-related litigation in California and Nevada. He has litigated personal injury and products liability cases for the defense. Mr. Kuluva is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of industry contracts, insurance policies, indemnity issues, defenses, causes of action, multi party issues, construction means and methods and delay claims.
Mr. Kuluva most recently served as One Beacon Insurance Company’s Managing Counsel, Construction Defect Coverage Unit, where he was responsible for construction coverage litigation nationwide, advised senior management and claims adjusters, and oversaw outside counsel. Additionally, he was the St. Paul/Travelers National Managing Counsel for claim legal construction and served as Supervising Attorney at CIGNA for Nevada construction defect litigation and large complex exposure cases in California.
