CONFLICT RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE
Mr. Rosen has served as a mediator and arbitrator for such organizations as IFTA and the Screen Actors Guild, and is currently a member of an arbitration tribunal for a lengthy, high-profile international dispute.
A partner at the law firm of Troy and Gould, Mr. Rosen has represented many leading figures, studios and companies in the entertainment industry in high-profile cases. He has protected the interests and integrity of authors, studios and other creative persons. Having spent much of his life studying music, Mr. Rosen is particularly qualified to address virtually all issues involving the copyright protection of musical works and the difficult issues which arise in music infringement litigation.
In addition to his considerable experience as a trial lawyer, Mr. Rosen has been responsible for both establishing and clarifying legal principles in his work before appellate courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
