Mr. McMillan has a wide range of experience as a trial lawyer with high-profile firms, including Greene, O’Reilly, Broillet, Paul, Simon, McMillan & Wheeler, where he was a partner from 1979-1988. He served as senior trial counsel in defense of medical malpractice lawsuits for Hemer & Barkus from April to November 2005.

Mr. McMillan was the principal in the Law Office of William N. McMillan from 1998-2005, where he practiced as a plaintiff’s attorney handling medical malpractice and product liability cases. Mr. McMillan received the largest verdict at the time in a medical malpractice case against the County of Los Angeles.
