Kenneth A. Feingold has presided over more than 400 cases as a mediator, arbitrator, and Judge Pro Tem. A partner at Feingold and Spiegel until 2015, Mr. Feingold has devoted a signifcant portion of his time to serving as a neutral since 1995, specializing in resolving real property, civil and commercial disputes.

Mr. Feingold has been an attorney in private practice since 1977 and senior partner in the law frm of Feingold & Spiegel. In 2015, Mr. Feingold relocated his practice to Nicasio, CA, where he continues to advise selected clients and to act as a neutral in Northern and in Southern California. During the past 20 years, Mr. Feingold has served as a neutral in real estate matters concerning commercial and residential leases, disclosure claims, partition lawsuits, and encroachment claims; employment matters concerning discrimination, wage and hour claims and wrongful termination; and general civil and commercial disputes. Mr. Feingold has mediated and arbitrated both public and private disputes and has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior and Municipal courts.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Feingold served as Deputy City Attorney (1975-77), handling jury and court trials on behalf of the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Feingold served as a National Attorney Panelist on real estate law for the Martindale- Hubbell website, He is a former Trustee and President of the Board of Trustees of the UC Santa Cruz Foundation and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Community Corporation of Santa Monica. Mr Feingold is a Regent Emeritus and served as a member of the Board of Regents of the University of California (2012-2014).
