Linda S. Klibanow, Esq.

Linda S. Klibanow, Esq.

Mediator/Arbitrator

Linda S. Klibanow has more than 30 years of experience specializing exclusively in the practice of labor and employment law and representing both employers and employees. Ms. Klibanow brings to her neutral practice the insight and intuition of both plaintiffs and defendants and their respective practitioners. Her substantive law expertise and litigation experience enable her to accurately assess the parties' risks of trial, and her advocacy background on "both sides" facilitates effective "interests analysis" of the disputants. Her reserves of patience and optimism typically prevail against the disputants' and litigators' pessimism and negativity.
