Linda S. Klibanow has more than 30 years of experience specializing exclusively in the practice of labor and employment law and representing both employers and employees. Ms. Klibanow brings to her neutral practice the insight and intuition of both plaintiffs and defendants and their respective practitioners. Her substantive law expertise and litigation experience enable her to accurately assess the parties' risks of trial, and her advocacy background on "both sides" facilitates effective "interests analysis" of the disputants. Ms. Klibanow practiced with the firm of Parker Milliken Clark O'Hara & Samuelian from 1977-2000, where she served as the first female partner and member of the Board of Directors. In 2000, Ms. Klibanow opened her own practice in Pasadena, California. Her employment litigation practice has encompassed proceedings before the California and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as numerous administrative agencies including the NLRB, the EEOC, the DFEH, the U.S. Department of Labor and the California Labor Commissioner.In addition to her mediation work, Ms. Klibanow has also long served as an employment arbitrator, serves as a hearing officer with the Los Angeles County Civil Service Commission, and conducts neutral fact-finding investigations.
